All products are subject to availability. In the event of the unavailability of an item which has been ordered, we will advise you and, as agreed with you, either send a suitable replacement or arrange for a full refund.
You have the right to cancel an order prior to despatch by email to: email@example.com. You will also be entitled to cancel your order by notice to us at any time up to 7 days after the date of delivery of the Merchandise, in which instance the goods must be returned to our contact address in the original condition and packaging at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the Merchandise for delivery, you must not unpack the Merchandise when it is received by you and you must send it back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible and within 10 working days.
Once you have notified us that your are cancelling your order, any sum paid to us via PayPal will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the Merchandise in question is returned by you and received by us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
